Found in Ecuador as a miniature sized epiphyte with an erect ramicaul enveloped by a tubular, papery sheath at midstem and carrying a single, apical, horizontal, linear, acute to acuminate, basally clasping leaf that blooms on a fascile of horizontal, short, single flowered inflorescence.
