Common Name The Two Colored Scaphosepalum

Found in Choco' department of Colombia at lower elevations as a mini-miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with erect to suberect, slender ramicauls enveloped by 2 to 3, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, thinly coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, acute, gradually narrowing below into the channeled, petiolate base leaf that blooms on a congested, slendre, smooth, horizontal to descending, 5.2" [13 cm] long, successively several flowered, racmose inflorescence arising from low on the ramicaul with thin floral bracts
