Found in Ecuador without collection data as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped by 2 to 3 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptical, acute, gradually narrowing below into the slender petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on a slender, suberect, distichous, to 2.4" [6 cm] long, successively many flowered, racemose inflorescence with acute floral bracts
