Found in Colombia without collection data as a small sized epiphyte with stout, erectramicauls enveloped by a short, close, tubular sheath below the middle and 1 to 2 others at the base and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptical-ovate, acute, acuminate, cuneate and sessile base leaf that blooms on a loose, distichous, 6" [15 cm] long, simultaneously many flowered, racemose inflorescence arising through a reclining spathe and has athin, tubular floral bract.
