Common Name The Tiny Crumb Pleurothallis [refers to the size of the plant]

Flower Size .2" [5 mm]

Found in Cartago Costa Rica in lower rainforests at elevations around 900 to 100 meters [if this determination is correct] as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with short, erect ramicauls enveloped by a close, loose tubular sheath and another at the base and carrying a single, apical, erect, thickly coriaceous, linear-oblong, convolute, acute, cuneate below into the subpetiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on a fascile of .28 to .56" [.7 to 1.4 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence arising through a sheath at the base of the leaf.
