Common Name The Spherical-White Pleurothallis
Flower Size .8" [2 mm]
Found in Ecuador in cloud forests at elevations 500 to 1650 meters as a miniaturesized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with erect, slender, laterally compressed above the middle, subtended by 2 to 3 sheaths and another above the base carrying a coriaceous, somewhat spreading, ovate, acute leaf with a rounded, shallowly cordate, sessile base that blooms at most any time of the year on a 1/2" [1.25 cm] long, fascile of solitary, successive flowers arising from aa reclining spathe with glabrous, snow white flowers.
