Common Name The Intricate Pleurothallis [refers to the habit]

Found in Michoacan Mexico at elevations around 1300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with slender, recling to ascending ramicauls enveloped by a loose, tubular sheath and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptical, obtuse, cuneate below into the subpetiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring and fall on an erect, subcongested, sulax, subsecund, filiform, .6" [1.5 cm] long including the .4 to .48" [1 to 1.2 cm] long peduncle, successively 3 to 4 flowered inflorescence arising from near the apex of the ramicaul and has acute floral bracts.
