Found at Kew gardens without locality information as a small sized epiphyte with a slender, erect ramicaul carrying a single, suberect to spreading, coriaceous, ovate, acute, slightly acumiante sessile and deeply cordate base leaf that blooms intermitently throughout the year on dense fascile, enveloped by the spathe .28 to .32" [7 to 8 mm] long, at the base of the leaf, 2 to 3 single flowered inflorescence with tubular, longer than the pedicel floral bract

Thos species is best distinguished by the .24" [6 mm] long seplas, the dorsal sepal 3 veined,the shortly fringed petals below the middle and a fringed sagittate lip.
