Found in Peru without collection data as a mini-miniature sized presumably epiphytic orchid with erect ramicauls enveloped by 3 scarious, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, acute, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a stout, erect, triquetrous, congested, 7.2 to 8.8" [18 to 22 cm] long, successively single, 15 to 20 flowered inflorescence arising from near the base of the ramicaul, with a plicate-tubular floral bract.
