Common Name or Meaning The Graceful Masdevallia [refers to the inflorescence]

Found in Venezuela without locational data as a miniature sized epiphyte with erect, stout ramicauls enveloped by a 1 to 2 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, obovate, obtuse to rounded, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect to arching, slender, triquetrous, 9.2" [23 cm] long including the 8" [20 cm] long peduncle, successively single, few flowered inflorescence with a bract at the base, arising from low on the ramicaul and holding the flower more or less at the height of the leaf.
