Found in Jamaica in open rocky woodsat elevations around 150 to 900 meters as a miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with clustered, globose, wrinkled pseudobulbs carrying a single apical, ovate-lanceolate, dark green, leathery leaf that blooms in the winter through summer on a basal, 3.6" [9 cm] long, arching to pendant, racemose, 3 to 10 flowered inflorescence
