Found in Amazonas state of Brazil as a mini-miniature sized hot growing epiphyte with erect, short ramicauls enveloped by 1 tubular sheath and carrying an erect, coriaceous, elliptical, acute, attenuate below into the base leaf that blooms in the late summer and early fall on 1 to 3, arising from below the apex of the ramicaul, .24" [6 mm] long, single flowered inflorescence with tubular, glabrous, acute floral bracts.
